We want to announce that we are partnering with Metro Health to set up a Covid Vaccine Site here at our Church. In an effort to keep our communities and our families safe they will be providing 40 Pfizer Vaccines for our church members.

There are some criteria for the Vaccine.

Currently, the only people who are eligible will be anyone over the age of 50

Or anyone over the age of 16 with a health condition that increases the risk of severe COVID-19 illness.

The most up-to-date criteria can be found here:

To register for the vaccine please fill out ALL the fields in the form below and someone from Metro Health will be contacting you.

Guidelines for Sunday Services (When in person)

Mask Policy Update 3/10/21:

As we continue to hold our in-person worship services we are committed to making sure we provide the safest environment possible to worship the Lord. We understand that as individuals we have personal freedoms that are afforded to us, and therefore masks will not be required in service, we are however strongly suggesting and encouraging that all people wear masks for the duration of our worship service. As the Scriptures teach, while we do have freedoms, we do not want those freedoms to be a stumbling block for others. (Romans 14:13-19) In addition, we have individuals in our congregation who have not been able to get the vaccine and are at high risk. In regards to our cleaning policies, we will continue to clean in-between services and ensure that everything has been wiped down and sanitized. Our online services will continue for those who prefer to join us that way. Lastly, ask that you would please have grace, both on the leaders of Life Church as we are doing the best that we can with the information we have, and also with your fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. I pray that our differences of opinions and freedoms would not lead us towards division.
